How do you ship your orders?

All orders are insured and shipped through USPS. US (Domestic) orders: USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority (Delivery 1-3 Business days). International Orders: USPS First class international (Delivery 2-4 weeks).

When will my order arrive?

I typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are: US orders (1-3 business days) and International orders (2-4weeks). All orders include tracking, so you can follow your package. Note: International delivery times can vary due to customs and other delays.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are paid upfront. Once the pre-order item(s) arrive, I will ship them out to you without you needing to do anything further. Note: Estimated ship dates are listed in the product description for each pre-order product.

What happens if I order in-stock items with pre-order items? Will it all ship together?

I ship everything together in one package. That means orders mixed with pre-order items will be placed on hold until I receive the pre-order items.

Can I return or exchange my item(s)?

I do not accept returns. I do accept exchanges within 7 days of date of delivery. After 7 days, I cannot accept exchanges or replacements as the item you need may have sold out. It would also be difficult to verify the legitimacy of the reason for an exchange after it has been over 7 days of date of delivery, so please email me as soon as possible.

What is your grading system?

I do not have a grading system. I do not offer any perfect "A-grades" since my enamel pins are hand-filled. Slight variations between pins are normal. In general, all products sold are standard grade unless specifically listed as B-grade. These may include small differences in color, filling, and minor details. B-grades have small yet visible air bubbles, markings, indents, or incorrect colors.
